Painting Process

      1 week before:

 

  • We provide storage containers so you have ample time to empty your cabinets and drawers, or we can assist you with the process.

      Day 1: 

  • Cabinet doors and drawers removed for off site preparation work. 

  • Installation of Zipwall dust free barrier with ventilation fan.

  • Clean and degrease the inside and outside of the cabinet base.

  • Tape off the inside of cabinets, walls, appliances, and any other surfaces not being painted.

      Day 2:

  • The shop crew is busy cleaning, sanding, and priming the doors and drawers.

  • The base crew is busy sanding with Festool sanders and HEPA-filtered dust extractors.

  • Cabinet base primed.

      Day 3: 

      Day 4:

  • Cabinet reassembly and cleanup.
